Application for Admission

Pre-CMS majors who have completed the admissions requirements can apply to become full-fledged CMS majors by filling out the change-of-major form available through the DUCK.

Applications to Graduate

Students planning to graduate within the next year should keep a careful eye on the deadlines to submit applications to the Registrar's Office. Students who miss this deadline will not graduate on time.
