BIOL 1111L, the laboratory associated with BIOL 1111, is conducted as an on-campus course.
Enrollment in the on-line Introductory Biology sequence requires departmental approval. Approval will be granted to students who meet the following two (2) criteria:
BIOL 1111L the laboratory associated with BIOL 1111 is a corequisite. The laboratory is NOT offered on-line. Select any section of BIOL 1111L offered on campus.
If you meet the criteria listed above, you must fill out the Natural Sciences Online Course Approval Form. Return this form to the administrative assistant for the Department of Natural Sciences either in person or as an e-mail attachment to request enrollment:
If you are unsure of your number of credit hours or your grade point average, use the DUCK to review your personal record.
Students who do not meet the criteria listed above may still be enrolled in the course, but must complete and sign the Natural Sciences Online Course Waiver Form. You may turn in your waiver statement in person or by mail:
Upon receipt of the waiver you may be enrolled in the online course you specify, if space is available in the course.
