2011 Trip Information

This course is a Maymester study abroad course taking place at various locations around Costa Rica.  The main focus of the course is rainforest ecology, conservation, and environmental science, with some time devoted to participating in field projects with active researchers.

The total program cost for May, 2011 is $1790 and includes roundtrip airline transportation from Atlanta to San Jose, Costa Rica, 9 nights lodging in various locations throughout Costa Rica, transportation throughout Costa Rcia, all food while in Costa Rica, all entrance fees, expert local guides in Costa Rica, emergency medical insurance, and all taxes and fees. 

Not included in the program cost is 3 hours of CSU tuition, which may be covered by scholarships, financial aid, HOPE, etc.  All students will also need a passport (see link below).
