2010 Trip Information

This course is a Maymester study abroad course taking place at the Gerace Research Centre on the island of San Salvador in the Bahamas.  The main focus of the course is marine ecology and biology, with some time devoted to terrestrial tropical ecology and conservation issues.

The total program cost for May, 2010 is $1375 and includes roundtrip airline transportation from Atlanta to San Salvador, Bahamas, two nights lodging in Nassau, Bahamas, 7 nights lodging at the Gerace Research Centre on San Salvador, all food (except for 3-4 meals while in Nassau), a half-day boat trip, transportation while in the Bahamas, emergency medical insurance, and all taxes and fees. 

Not included in the program cost is 3 hours of CSU tuition, which may be covered by scholarships, financial aid, HOPE, etc.
