Epidemiology and MMWR  

Epidemiology is the study of transmission, incidence, and frequency of disease as stated in your Microbiology Textbook.

For this assignment, you will print a MMWR article of interest related to your major (Nursing, Dental Hygiene, Pharmacy, etc). Using the MMWR, you will write a summary about your article of interest. Be sure to include data information about incidence and frequency, relation to major, and why the article was interesting to you in the summary as well.

Essay Requirements:

• Assignment MUST be typed

• Standard margins, 12 pt font size, double spaced

• 2 Pages MAXIMUM

• Original or copy of MMWR MUST be provided

• Use your OWN words – Avoid EXCESSIVE use of quotations
