(b) The skier's change in potential energy will be the same, since it does not depend on the particular choice of the zero level. (That is what allows us the freedom to choose our own zero level to start with.)

(c) Skier's kinetic energy will be the same, since it does not depend on the particular choice of your zero level for the potential energy. It does depend on the skier's mass and velocity only.
