(a) Kinetic energy is maximum at the moment the object leaves your hand and starts to decrease from this point on.

(b) Potential energy is at its maximum value at the moment it is caught by a person on the roof.

(c) Potential energy is minimum at the moment it is thrown, kinetic energy is minimum at the moment it is caught. (Assuming that the ball is caught when it is still in the upward motion).
