COMMENT    This sequence was entered by Nanfei Xu.  A band named Z9.3C4-2
           was generated from zygotic embryos of loblolly pine using T12MC
           and AP-4 primers in differential display.  The band was present
           at stages 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, 9.7, 9.8, 9.9 and 9.10, and was
           most abundant at stage 9.10. The band was cloned using EcoR5
           digested PKS vector.  One clone was identified and sequenced
           using M13 reverse primer.  The 116-236 of this sequence is
           identitical to the 209-329 bp region of LPZ006.  GeneBank search
           showed that this sequence has 77% identities with a Lily mRNA
           from flowering buds.
