Questions turned in for the speaker

For each day that there is a speaker, each student working individually, must write down and hand in 2 questions based on the articles given for the speaker.  I will collect these questions at the beginning of class.  This is how I will take attendance for that class.  If you come in late or do not write the questions, you will get a 0 for this assignment.

I would like for students to ask questions of the speaker.  You may ask questions that you have written down or questions that you have once you listen to the speaker’s talk. 

If no one asks questions of the speaker or if only one or two people are asking the questions, I will modify this part of the syllabus to require you to ask questions.
