1.     How do you make up 1X running buffer?

2.  How do you make up a certain % gel?

2.     Pour a gel

3.     Load a gel

4.     Arrange and correctly connect electrophoresis setup.

5.     Determine how to make up a certain molar solution.

6.     Set the micropipette to the correct volume or read the correct volume.

7.     Measure out the correct volume with the micropipette.

8.     Indicate the correct volume on the large pipettes.

9.     Indicate if you use the blue, green or pink pipette aid to measure out a specific volume.
