Chapter Objectives - Chapter 17: Biomass
Lesson notes:
Sources of energy from biomass include plants and plant waste, animal wastes and municipal solid wastes.
Objectives:
1. Be able to discuss the municipal solid waste problem and possible solutions to it.
2. Be able to list and describe the methods for the conversion of biomass to other energy forms.
3. Understand the uses for and problems with wood combustion.
