Homework assignments in ASTR 1020 are posted in MasteringAstronomy.

Two types of out-of-class assignment are made in ASTR 1020:

• Reading assignments.  In addition to reading a specific chapter, you will take a Reading Quiz over the chapter contents.  These Reading Quizzes will make up the quiz portion of your course grade (total of 150 points).
   
• Homework.  Homework sets will be assigned for all chapters.  These assignments will make up the homework portion of your course grade (350 points)
