Write a short description of one of these journal articles. Identify the hypothesis and describe the methods used by the researchers. Choose two figures or tables and discuss what information those figures are presenting. Finally, briefly describe why this research is important.
Due October 20: In the book Inquiry in Action, read Article 5, "Call Duration as an indicator of Genetic Quality in Male Gray Tree Frogs" (p 38-40) and answer the 20 questions that precede the article (p35-37). There is extra credit if you answer question 21. To prepare yourself for reading the article, read Part B Section 3: The Anatomy of a Paper, p 81-88. Please type out the answers to the questions.

Make a list of 10 references t hat you found that will address the needs of the scientific paper.
Choose your best reference, copy the literature cited section and choose 3 more articles that would assist in writing the paper.
