You should understand the application of the Hardy-Weinberg equation (including how to do the math!)

You should understand the simulations we performed in lab, and the concepts they covered and how those concepts relate to the evolution of populations:

	Genetic drift (bottleneck effect)
	Migration
	Natural selection
