Memo format:  Put the following material in the upper left corner

Need to include headings (justified to left margin) for all of your discussion areas

Summary:  A few sentences telling me about the specific area of stereotyping you are going to research

Rationale:  Write a paragraph about why you selected this area for research and what expertise and experience you bring to

                      the project.

Plan :  Here is where you map out what you will be doing and how you will implement your project.

Schedule of completion:  This section can be bulleted.  Give me you calendar for step completion including

                                              the written components.

Difficulties:  What problems do you anticipate?  How will you try to overcome them?
