Experience ItalySpring Break 2011

How to Apply

1. Complete the Italy Spring Break Study Abroad Application. Return along with the $500 deposit to the Office of International Programs in Room 204 in the Baker University Center, or to the Clayton State University - Fayette office at 1200 Commerce Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
    

2. The deposit and application form are due by November 15, 2011. The final payment is due on January 13, 2012. Please see the application for details on the refund policy.
    

3. Space on this trip is limited. This study abroad experience is sponsored by the CSU Honors Program and CSU - Fayette, but is open to all students.   
    

4. Complete the Study Abroad Health Form and return it to the Office of International Programs.
    

5. Students who do not already have a passport are encouraged to apply for one at their local post office as soon as possible.
    

6. All participants will be automatically registered for this course spring semester.
